This Return Policy provides information about the return processes and return conditions of purchases made through Selma Karabacak Cömert (Selmera Global)'s website named selmeraglobal.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as "Selmera Global" and "Website"). Products purchased from Selmera Global's Website are under our company's guarantee. Our company, which prioritizes customer satisfaction, respects consumer rights and provides its customers with the necessary conveniences within the framework of the law. Accordingly, return requests other than those in cases of damage or malfunction as stated above are accepted under the following conditions:

1. The purchased product can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the cargo, in its original box and with all its accessories. However, products that are no longer resalable due to usage error, assembly error, etc. cannot be returned. Products that have had their accessories disassembled and assembled will also be considered used and will not be accepted for return.

2. Products damaged during transportation should not be accepted and a report should be kept with the courier. Damaged products can be accepted as a return if a report is kept. The signature of our customer when receiving the package means that the package has been received without damage and in this case the cargo company cannot be held responsible for the damage.

3. If the product that comes out of the package after delivery is found to be defective, in order to detect the defect, first of all, an e-mail must be sent to iletisim@selmeraglobal.com.tr to inform and request a technical inspection. If, as a result of the inspection, it is determined that there is a fault in the product caused by the company, the return process of the product to our company will be initiated. Following the delivery of the product, in case of a technical fault that is caused by user error or conditions not covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired and if there is an irreparable fault, the product will be replaced with a new one.

4. In case of return other than damage or malfunction, even if the product is purchased with the free shipping option, the shipping fee will be calculated and the customer will be informed and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Before sending the product to be returned, it is necessary to inform by sending an e-mail to iletisim@selmeraglobal.com.tr and request a return shipping code. The product to be returned can be delivered to the contracted cargo company with the return shipping code created by us, to the address Halkalı Merkez Mahallesi 1. In case of shipping without informing and/or with different cargo companies, possible damages that may occur will not be under our company's guarantee.

6. If the product reaches our company in accordance with the above conditions, the price of the product will be paid to the customer, excluding the shipping fee. Credit card refunds will be made within 1-7 business days, and refunds by money order will be made within 1-10 business days.

7. The reflection of the refund amount in the customer account may vary depending on the refund processes of the banks. During this interim period, you can contact your bank and get information about the refunded amount.

8. In corporate purchases, product returns without a return invoice cannot be accepted.
