The most advanced technologies are used in the production of our products. The printing of our glass paintings is done with the world-famous German Durst machines and only original inks are used. These special inks are very resistant to the sun. The reason why the color of other products on the market fades in a short time is the preference of low-quality inks. Are there any color differences in the printing of your products?
There is no major color difference in our prints. There may be minor tone changes due to reasons such as the brand of the screens on which our customers see our products, color settings, white balance, etc. However, while producing our glass paintings, special color profiles and professional devices are used to capture the closest print to what is seen on the screen.
Can I return a product that I do not like?
Yes, of course! Except for personalized designs, you can easily return the products you purchased within 14 days, provided that they are unused and unassembled. All you need to do for a return is to contact us and submit your request. Assembled products are considered used and cannot be returned. In arbitrary returns, the refund amount is calculated after the return shipping fee is deducted from the total amount. You can easily and safely hang our glass paintings using a special hanging fixture. Because the quality and materials used on the walls may vary, we do not include screws. You should obtain wall plugs and screws appropriate for the wall where you intend to hang the painting from a building supply store.
Can paintings be hung in different directions?
If you would like to hang your painting in a different direction, just let us know before ordering. Production is done in this direction. However, it is not possible to change the direction of a manufactured painting.
