Shipping Policy

This Cargo Policy provides information about the cargo processes and terms of purchases made through Selma Karabacak Cömert (Selmera Global)'s website named selmeraglobal.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as "Selmera Global" and "Website"). Accordingly, Selmera Global's application regarding cargo processes and terms is as follows:

1. Shipping is free for all products offered for sale on Selmera Global's Website.

2. The delivery time of ordered products is between 3-5 business days for glass paintings and 5-7 business days for metal paintings. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the shipping time. Products whose production or supply period is completed before the specified time are delivered to the cargo without delay.

3. For orders delivered to cargo, an information e-mail is sent on the same day and the cargo tracking number is provided. The delivery time of orders delivered to cargo may vary between 24-96 hours depending on the working conditions of the cargo company.

4. If you cannot receive your shipment within three business days after receiving the e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped, we kindly ask you to contact us at iletisim@selmeraglobal.com.tr. The responsible cargo company will be contacted and you will be informed after your package is tracked.

5. Before signing the cargo report, please check if the product box is damaged due to transportation. If the box is damaged for any reason, do not sign any documents regarding the delivery and return the box to the cargo officer for a report to be prepared. The new product will be sent to you as soon as possible. Selmera Global does not accept any responsibility for the damage or deficiency of the products in case the products with damaged boxes are received.

6. In case of return other than damage or malfunction that may occur during shipping, even if the product is purchased with the free shipping option, the shipping fee will be calculated and the customer will be informed and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. In case of bulk purchases, delivery time may vary depending on the production time. When bulk purchases are made, contact at iletisim@selmeraglobal.com.tr to get information about the delivery time of the products.
